‘I love when we turn the water on at a big job for the first time. It brings life to the building. It’s that passion I have for seeing the project come together which makes me continue to strive to add value to every job we are a part of.’

With a family legacy in the building and trades industry I always had a passion for watching how a project, no matter how big or small, would come together. I know there has to be a respect not only for the workmanship, but for what it takes to run a cohesive team who are all working towards the same goal.

These values have remained at the forefront of my mind during my career and what inspired me to found Watertight Plumbing and Drainage in 2016. I pride myself on being committed to the big picture of a project, not just the plumbing, drainage and gas services that we provide. There is a hype in the scope of a project that I enjoy – working with our clients to assess all facets of what they are trying to achieve and then making sure my team delivers.

I often say that teaching the technical skills of plumbing is one thing, but attitude is something else altogether. I have positioned myself within the industry to be known as a great communicator who makes sure we remain solution focused and transparent the whole way through the process, something which I am extremely proud of. I make it my mission to really get to know the client and the project – I want to come out on site and have you show me your vision and then work through from start to finish how we can make that happen.
