Project Insights
Beyond being a function centre which caters for approximately 500 patrons, this was our first major project where a full scale commercial kitchen was installed. The legislation regarding food and beverage operation is significant and complex and I personally enjoyed the process of learning what was involved in this facet of the project and working with the team to execute what was needed from our trade.
We had a team of 15 at any one time working on the hydraulics for the build. Like with all our projects, I was determined to stay one step ahead where I could to see the process remain as cohesive across trades and time effective as possible. We fast garnered a reputation for being reliable, relatable and responsive, something which I personally took great pride in.
